1. All absentee bids must be received at least 2 days prior to auction.
2. All absentee bidders must submit valid credit card information or bank letter of credit.
3. A maximum bid must be submitted on each item.
4. Once received, bids cannot be changed less than 2 days prior to auction.
5. Successful absentee-phone-internet bidders are subject to the buyer's premium, respectively, plus 3% if paying by credit card. International bidders must pay by wire transfers only
6. Tax exempt bidders must provide proof of exemption along with this form.
7. Buyer is responsible for shipping. We can give names of shippers.
8. Items must be paid for within 3 days & will be released when check clears (if paid by check)
9. Successful bidders will be notified within 2 days.
10. Buyer is responsible for packing and shipping
