This Weeks auction came from Private Homes, three in Indian Hill, on Camargo Club drive, Noel Lane, off Graves Road, Blue Ash, Regency Condominiums, Terrace Park, Finneytown and Pleasant Ridge.
Featuring Art, Modern Design, Fine Furniture, Jewelry, China, and Glass from the turn of the century to 1990s.
Silver: Round Sterling embossed tray Strawberries and pear, marked Loring Andrews Cincinnati, (monogrammed), small Sterling card tray embossed border marked Loring Andrews Cincinnati, (not monogrammed). Fancy Sterling serving spoon and Sterling pie server both by Towle. Cartier Sterling mustard with glass liner and spoon, Kirk and Sons Repousse tongs. Tiffany pen with enamel fish in original box. Silver pill boxes, 6 weighted Sterling salts, Pair weighted candlesticks, 3 Sterling Cincinnati souvenir spoons. Silver plate, shell dish, trays, pair Sheffield covered ornate feet casseroles, silver plate flower bowl with insert, Sterling rings with gemstones.
Furniture: Fine Oak early 20th Century curved glass door and side china cabinet with applied bronze appliqued on top, French style legs, circa 1910-1920, Edison Mahogany case disc phonograph, C19 SM 124118 and records, case needs some restoration (been in basement for over 50 years). G. A. Frentzel Pianos and Phonograph, Cincinnati, Ohio. 1930s Walnut carved library table with carved stretcher in center. Fine pair of decorated French designed 3 drawer bedside chest with upper pull out tray and matching French dresser, Sligh Mahogany 3 drawer desk/table with tooled leather top (needs repair on right border). Pair Cabot Wrenn in Tyler Burgundy Mahogany frame arm chairs. Four "Hillcrest" (Paoli, Indiana) vinyl and Jamestown Navy arm chairs with nail head trim, French Walnut hanging small cabinet, spool front. Oak music stand with adjustable center, iron hardware, French king-size headboard, large wood milk bench. Italian Walnut 5 drawer leather top small desk. Arts and Craft style cast iron fancy garden bench, slat seat, open crisscross back, (Heavy) and awesome. Oak O.N.T. spool cabinet with 6 drawers and stenciling on each door (needs refinishing). Cherry lattice front glass door and sides display cabinet with glass shelves and interior lighting. Iron, free standing clothes tree, Pair Louis XV carved Walnut frame parlor chairs. Henredon Walnut lift sides coffee table and a Pair of Walnut lamp tables. ¾ Sleigh bed with bedding. Fancy bamboo hat rack with mirror in center, Queen Anne wing back love seat, traditional love seat and other furniture.
Mid Century and Modern and Contemporary Design: Scandinavian bistro table, iron and lacquered wood by Muura Me made in Finland, Three, 1970s space age lounge chairs, black plastic shaped in a round design, Arthur Umanoff umbrella stand, Paul McCobb style globe on brass stand. Black enamel metal desk lamp called Dove lamp by Paf-Milan Italy designed by M. Barbaglia and M. Columbo. Four Vinyl and iron swivel bar stools, large Desimone for Vietri Ceramic vase 164-2 with clowns, John Adler pottery face vases. Walnut and brass coffee table designed by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin, need help. contemporary pottery Southwest Indian pot marked E.G. by Ruth Root and other interesting pieces. Retro Mid Century Red Preway Enamel free standing Cone Maim burner, Lucite cross leg luggage stand. Gio Ponti style Walnut hi-low table with drop sides. All marble rectangular coffee table. Jens Risom credenza.. Ebony wall unit in three parts, pair of unusual club chairs, need upholstery.

Keeney, Chicago "Total free races", 5 cent machine. Cast iron and chrome small free standing stove by Boss #2640 Reg. US Pat Off. in mint condition, carved wood figure of lady holding a fish signed Rene Francois, 1951, 6H. Old Jack Daniels whiskey barrel with original stencil. Stainless steel bird made out of a shovel, Iron painted weird bird. Bundy clarinet in hard case by H and S. Selmer, Inc. Vintage Honda CL 360 motorcycle, needs help, we do not have title, stored since 1989. Two Versace porcelain pieces by Rosenthal, R.S. Prussia, Chinaware, glassware, pair large ceramic planters and other interesting objects and accessories, decorative lamps, fun boxes of novelty items and usable objects. The Art, Life and Estate of Tom Shaw, 1947-1910.
Selling 428 original Woodcuts, Acrylics, Wood Blocks. Mr. Shaw was known for his stark black and white graphic art of gritty urban life of Black African men and women and their struggles in life. Mr. Shaw has had several one man shows over his life. He was the Taft Museums Duncanson Artist-in Residence. He exhibited at the Studio Museum in Harlem.
